Destination Weddings


The Lincoln Destination Wedding Photography package gives you the custom photography coverage you want without compromising quality, service, or style.

Why not just book a local or on-site photographer?

You’ve booked your dream venue, and you + your guests have put a lot of time and effort into coordinating your beautiful wedding day. Many destination wedding locations happen to be located in small towns or faraway places, so your wedding vendor options may be limited, or priced above average.

HOW IT WORKS

I will arrive in time for 1-2 full days before your wedding day. That will give me time to research photo locations, meet your vendor team (to ensure smooth detail photography the day of), and capture a few candid pre-wedding photos of the husband-and-wife-to-be.

If I’m working past 6 pm on the wedding day, I’ll stay the following day to pack, finish up any location detail photos, and capture some cool candids of you + your guests at breakfast :)

If you’d like to do a couple’s session (recommended) before your wedding day, we’ll plan the arrival date together since it may be earlier than 2 nights.

Sample Schedule:

Wednesday :: fly to destination

Thursday + Friday :: research photo locations & best sunset spots/times, scout out hotel, meet wedding planner / vendor team to coordinate detail shots; photograph rehearsal dinner the night before wedding

Saturday :: wedding day!

Sunday :: breakfast photos, final location shots

Monday :: fly home

I do not charge for meals :)

 

$350 for the first hour, then $225 for each additional hour. Includes high res digital files in an online gallery

$250 per day; that covers time away from regular work days & internet fees while traveling.

At the same hotel the wedding is taking place in so the wedding day goes smoothly

This applies if your ceremony or reception are not in the same hotel. There are no extra fees for this, just the base cost of transportation if I am not riding with the bride or groom.

 

HOW TO BOOK

Deposit :: a $550 non-refundable deposit is required to retain your 5-day window

We will select the flights together, then the client will make the final booking. Flights are out of DCA or BWI (+ travel cost to BWI)
