Donal and Fernanda are visiting DC from Ireland! Our session almost got rained out, but the sky turned a beautiful shade of blue just in time for them to dance and giggle their way around the cherry blossom trees. We even saw a precious mama duck with her ducklings.

We met at the Jefferson Memorial at 6am, the night sky just starting to turn pink with the first rays of cherry blossom sunlight. The Tidal Basin was still and glassy, perfectly reflecting the deep blue night sky. A magical morning for celebrating new life. Congratulations you two!
Spring is just around the corner in our nation’s capital! The cherry blossoms will soon bloom around the magnificent Tidal Basin.
