HOW IT WORKS
I will bring the studio to your office!
Please reserve a room or space about 15 feet deep. It doesn't have to be as wide (see below).
If possible, a space with big windows is ideal for more light.
SCHEDULING PEOPLE THE DAY OF
Schedule 12 people per 30 minutes, OR
Sign up one person every 5 minutes.
Please provide a list of names to check off as each person comes in.
ADDITIONAL FEES
Travel fee: $65/hour for locations 55+ minutes from downtown DC.
Transportation fee (round-trip) for locations outside of downtown DC.
GROUP PORTRAITS
$210 base + $241 per person, minimum 3 people.
Need more than head+shoulders for your website? On-site portraits are waist-up or thighs-up.
Includes 1 retouched digital file per person (3-5 photos per person to choose from).
Lasts 5-10 minutes per person.
White or black background.
Additional retouched photos $65 each.
MINI HEADSHOT SESSION in your office
$235 per person
Includes 1 retouched digital file per person (8-10 photos per person to choose from).

Lasts 5-10 minutes per person as needed.
Head + Shoulders on a white or black background.
Additional retouched photos $55 each.
Proof gallery delivered in 5-14 days depending on total number of people.

$210 base + $190 per person, minimum 10 people.
Includes 1 retouched digital file per person (2-3 photos per person to choose from).
Lasts up to 5 minutes per person as needed.

Group portrait on-location at Dupont Circle
Group Photo Add-On • $95 photo
Need a few quick group photos after everyone gets their headshot taken? No problem! We can spend a few extra minutes at the end of your session for some group photos.
Each combination of people/location is $95.
You will have a few photos to choose your final image to be retouched (since people will smile differently from one photo to the next).
What else do I need to know?
High res images are included in every session (see rates above for specifics). They are delivered in a password-protected, downloadable gallery that never expires.
Additional retouched photos from your proof gallery are just $105 each and can be requested any time.
Hair & Makeup are not included. Please arrive photo-ready. Any session time lost due to wardrobe or hair malfunctions cannot be made up. *Yes, if you have a few hairs out of place I will let you know. Please test out your hairstyle before your session. Hair falling in front of your face (and you do not want that look), or any hair sticking up so much it would need to be photoshopped should be taken care of prior to your session.
Proofs are original, low res, unfinished images and are not downloadable. Your proof gallery never expires, so you can request retouching to any photo, any time.
